Evaluation

Interface:	Simple, neat and smart, the green bar the most eye-catching spot;
DVD Videos Importing:	Automatic loading, this is good, but you are not able to choose part the DVD to import. You cannot have all the advantages. And every time I try to import DVD video files, it gets stuck on “analyzing title 12….”
DVD Preview and Snap-shooting:	Both profiles selecting and setting are available, but the profiles available are relatively incomplete. Although Magic DVD Ripper allows you to do settings on the profile, but there is no value options for reference, so this is hard for amateur customers. Besides, it is hard to find out that the profile setting is editable.
Profile Selection:	Provides various output file types and allow users to reset the parameters and define new profiles. D-1 Audio Setting: Audio selecting is available. D-2 Video Setting: No video Settings.
Customize Editing/Output Setting:	No video customize editing options. Split mode for your reference.
Batch Ripping	It supports batch conversion but it is hard to select part of the entire DVD video to rip, since this magic application does not allow you to split a long title to different chapters. F-1 Convert by Chapter/Title:Converting by Chapter/Title is not available. F-2 Convert all Episodes : Does not convert all episodes.
Merge and Splitting	Neither merging nor splitting is available.
Output Folder Locating	Allow users to locate output folder.
CSS/CPPM Decrypting	Support CSS Decrypting.

Compared to fellow application, one of its main restrictions is that it does not support preview. And as DVD ripping software, it can cause a lot of inconvenience for users, for example, people can only but convert the DVD title by tile. Chapters selecting and merging or splitting is impossible. And this application always stuck when analyzing titles and I guess this is severe bug. Also, Magic DVD Ripper does not provide many profiles for users’ conveniences. And the profile setting section is not considerate enough. The edge it boasts over others is that it kind of integrates DVD backup software in it and it can decrypt and backup the DVD files onto your PC and thus you are able to copy the DVD to a recordable DVD disk for future use or enjoyment, since the backup DVD files does not have CSS/CPPM protection.
