PQ DVD to iPod Converter

Vertical Comparison:

This is a program only for conerting DVD to iPod, but it ranks in the first page of Google and thus it is quite popular. For customize editing, only trimming is available. But I cannot go further except for the external features, since I failed to rip DVD to iPod video. I hit the record button, only to be told that I cannot create output file and may not have permission to do so. If anyone who can solve this problem or tell me how to do so, please feel free to contact me, any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
